Italic is seeking a highly motivated Creative Project Associate that will help in organizing our team's timelines and creative workflows, collaborating with different internal departments, and communicating with external freelancers. Reporting to the Creative Project Manager, this is a great opportunity with lots of growth and upside.
Job Description
Assist in the creation and management of timelines and workflow processes to support product launches, marketing initiatives, company goals
Work cross functionally with marketing/merchandising/tech/operations teams to ensure creative deadlines are met
Keep projects moving along by creating checkpoints for both internal stakeholders and external freelancers
Take notes during meetings + digital archiving tasks
To support the Creative Project Manager in all ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital project management
Has hands-on experience with relevant project management tools (i.e. Asana, Slack, Notion)
Ability to work in a fast pace, tech startup environment
Organized, detail oriented, and positive attitude
Strong written and verbal English skills
Must be able to work US hours. (Pacific Standard Time)
