About the RoleWe are seeking a Creative Production Associate/ Sr. Associate to join our dynamic Creative Productions team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and design-savvy professional passionate about executing creative assets across digital, print, video, and presentation formats. You will focus on production-heavy, repeatable creative activities, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of high-quality outputs that support business and marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Graphic DesignCreate digital and print materials such as social media posts, event collaterals, infographics, and newsletters.Adapt master/global creatives into various sizes and formats.Ensure all outputs align with Coforge brand guidelines.2. Presentation Design (PowerPoint)Develop engaging, professional presentations with varying complexity levels.Design layouts, icons, and visuals that simplify and enhance communication.Standardize presentation templates and maintain visual consistency.3. Video Production & EditingEdit and produce videos including corporate AVs, event highlights, and product demos.Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, background music, and subtitles.Reformat and repurpose video content for multiple channels.4. Content Design & PublishingDesign layouts for newsletters, reports, and marketing campaigns.Collaborate with writers to turn content into visually compelling materials.Support content publishing on CMS or intranet portals when needed.5. Creative OperationsManage multiple production requests efficiently with fast turnaround times.Maintain version control and proper file archiving.Collaborate closely with creative leads, designers, and marketing stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications1 3 years of experience in creative production, graphic design, or related roles.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms is an advantage.Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography.
