will be responsible for designing marketing campaigns (banner ads, emails, landing pages, etc.), website pages, print and events collaterals (including executive presentations).
What you will do at Insight
-Creating marketing campaigns and materials
-Designing of website that produces a good user experience
-Designing page layouts and interactions to create aesthetic and functional designs from concept to completion
-Designing of various print collaterals
-Designing of executive presentations
-Work closely with other content designers, developers, and marketers
-Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation sessions, take charge and own the process when needed
-Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
-Generating new concepts.
-Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
-Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
What you will need to join Insight
-Bachelor's Degree in Multi Media Arts, or related field, from four-year College or University
-At least 3-5 years of experience in
Graphic/Digital Design and other related field.
-Portfolio of strong work that showcases that experience
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
-Proficient in graphic design principles (typography, grids, layout, color), UX, UI
-Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
-Strong written and verbal English communications skills
-Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
-Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
-Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Preferred
-Experience implementing designs on the web using CSS and related UI frameworks
