Creative Design
ROLE SCOPE
. Encourage teams to tell strong visual and verbal stories to address complex business issues via client facing responses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Lead a team, from concepting, to design, through to managing production
. Present creative work to clients and to act as their strategic partner . Lead internal and client-facing creative reviews
. Execute a broad range of creative assets, such as: print collateral , digital assets, video and motion graphic storyboards , branded projects
Qualification
. Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems.
. Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience (minimum 1 year)
. Demonstrate a spirit of collaboration in all we do
. Ability to interact with multiple points of contact across functional groups at various career levels
. Proactive, motivated, and driven to make a difference within the team
. Accountable and engaged
. Attention to detail and high-quality work outputs
. Well organized with program management skills
