The Creative Design Intern will be required to work on diverse creative projects and will be
responsible for providing creative support to the Talent Management (Human Resources)
and Sales & Marketing departments. This role requires developing graphics for marketing materials: print, digital, videos and slide presentations, reporting to a Creative Manager.
Core Functions
Understanding project requirements
Understanding the StraightArrow brand guidelines
Use graphic skills and techniques to create layout, templates and storyboards
Produce slide presentation and Canva templates
Create simple motion graphic videos
Assemble raw footage, inputting graphics and selecting music to enhance video
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to produce required task
Work closely with the team to present a final design that matches the brief
Ability to propose and present ideas and concepts
Ability to deliver quality work, manage time and hit deadlines
Takes ownership of deliverables and outcomes
Exhibit willingness to further develop his/her skills and learn from mentors
Any other duties as reasonably required
Bachelor of Design in Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design or Fine Arts student
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Premiere
After Effects
Microsoft Office essential
Gslides
Gdocs
Knowledge in using Canva and Loom
Good English communication skills
The role requires a minumum of 250 internship hours
Can effectively work from home from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
