This role will ensure that agreed systems and processes are in place and are followed, and that any failure in these systems and processes are identified, discussed with the appropriate stakeholders, and solved. Understand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process. Assign, track and monitor the status of all jobs.
Being able to communicate with Clients to clarify direction for and provide updates on tasks. Act as an expert/consultant for all concerns for the team.
Guide every team member through his/her career track by ensuring that every team member understands his/her career track within the account team, has clear goals and metrics for the year specific to their roles and accountabilities within the account team and regularly coach team members to help them address operational challenges.
Apart from managing the team, the role of the ATL in this account is to deliver print and web design collaterals needed by the Client.
Core Functions * Train and onboard Team Members. This includes learning and training team members on Client tools.
Lead, Manage and hold Accountable. Ensure that direct reports have the right skills set and attitude to perform the role.
Ensure the team's key performance indicators and service level agreements set with the Client are met.
Problem-solve issues related to processes and suggest improvements as needed.
Build strong relationships with the Clients by following regular meeting pulse.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Design related tasks.
Bachelor's / College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia, Fine Arts or any related course
At least 2-3 years of experience in leading a team
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software and Microsoft/Google apps
UX / UI Experience
Able to think out of the box within a given guideline/able to keep it on-brand while being creative
High level of customer focus with strong interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
