Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or related field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience; supervisory or 5+ years of experience in creative/graphics design or digital/video editing preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
Knowledge of photography and video editing is an advantage
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Experience in production or advertising agencies is a plus
Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare high-quality layout designs for both digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency across platforms
Design creative assets for social media, websites, flyers, posters, tarpaulins, infographics, GIFs, MP4s, and slide presentations
Edit and animate videos using Adobe Premiere and After Effects
Capture and direct high-quality photos and videos for promotional use, including product styling and event setups
Collaborate using Microsoft Office and Google Suite for presentations, documentation, and project management
Review and approve proof samples for production, ensuring prepress quality standards are met
Stay updated on design trends while maintaining brand guidelines
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and developers to translate concepts into effective designs across formats
Produce mockups or prototypes for presentations and review outputs for accuracy and quality
Maintain an organized library of design assets for team use
Support campaigns and projects by executing the creative vision
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity, productivity, and deadlines
