Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Manage all operations under Creative Department, setting priorities and ensuring they are followed
Develop content strategies for short as well as long term marketing targets
Collaborate with Creative Department for planning, execution and quality check of all designs, content creation and optimization strategies
Discuss/Develop branding guidelines & other branding initiatives for content creation.
Create and publish engaging content to establish and maintain brand consistency.
Provide Creative Briefs for content creation reference.
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw customers attention
Strong candidate's experience and qualifications will include:
At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Creative Content Manager or similar role
Experience with Amazon/E-commerce is preferred
Creativity and ability to develop original content that increases engagement
Strong leadership skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tactics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with social media management
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
