Description
The Creative Associate's responsibilities include helping design valuable content, from guides and presentations to videos and infographics. Preparing content for internal use and creating customizable templates we can use for multiple purposes including presentations and business cards/marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement marketing plan by assisting marketing team in developing and producing creative and effective marketing collateral
• Create customizable templates we can use for multiple purposes, including presentations and business cards
• Coordinate with team members to gather images, logos, stats and content to use in various creative projects
• Maintain updated records of the videos, images and guides that we use
• Research and recommend new ideas for strengthening our brand
• Attend daily Marketing and Creative meetings with Origo Executives
• Participate in sessions and provide best practices
• Support all assigned design work for project's varying in size, scope, aesthetic and timeline.
• Be highly empathetic to the marketing team design needs and challenges
• Research design problems and express design direction in a clear, compelling manner to solve problems and provide inspiring solutions
• Responsible for creating story board for pre-production.
• Present design concepts with Origo marketing team
• Prepares all content media assets and upload it to Origo internal drive and Podio
• Strong understanding of branding discipline and high level B2B marketing trends
• Possess with an extreme eye for modern, interactive and communicable art aspect
• Produce of creative assets
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years working experience in Marketing, Design or related field
• Work experience as a Creative Assistant or Marketing Assistant is a plus
• Experience with photo or video editing software (like Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of digital advertising tactics
• Copywriting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
