Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a hardworking CR and Parking Attendant who can perform custodial maintenance duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of the comfort room and replenishing its supplies, and parking attendant duties such as monitoring the security of car parking facilities.
Job Overview:
Perform a variety of general maintenance, grounds, and custodial duties of comfort rooms and parking facilities.
Job Objectives:
To ensure that the comfort rooms are clean and well maintained.
To be in charge of looking out for the comfort rooms' cleanliness and the security of car parking facilities.
To perform general cleaning and maintenance of the comfort rooms and car parking facilities.
To report safety hazards and need for maintenance and repair in the comfort rooms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
General and thorough cleaning of comfort rooms and keeping it maintained in good condition.
Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors.
Collect and proper disposal of trash.
Keep cleaning stock supplies.
Follow health and safety protocols.
Ensures proper care and maintenance of the cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitor security of car parking facilities and monitor proper car parking.
Job Specifications:
Knowledge of various cleaning products and know when to use them.
Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces.
Initiative to take on tasks without being told and without being monitored.
Initiative to always look out for the safety and cleanliness of the comfort rooms and the security of car parking facilities.
Willing to work in Boni Avenue, Mandaluyong City.
