JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle cost analysis for both local and imported goods
Maintain an accurate inventory record of various receipts.
Prepare cost sheets, variance analysis and sales and gross profit analysis
Prepare cost computation of new formulation and new products
Report to President regularly on the company's financial status.
Supervise personnel and communicate with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns.
Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
Deal with external auditor to understand laws and regulations that applies to financial statement audit.
Communicate with Programmer to develop and enhance in-house accounting software.
Participate in budgeting processes and implement cost cutting measures.
Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly and ensures accuracy and timely report in all government compliances.
Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable, organize and update financial records as needed.
Keep company financial information confidential.
Establish accounting policies and procedures.
Stay informed on Food and Beverages industry developments and changes in regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven 5 years work experience as a Senior COST Accountant.
Thorough knowledge of General Accounting and Cost Accounting procedure.
Computer literate, excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Sufficient knowledge in private sector and government compliances, rules and regulation are expected.
General familiarity with the Importer, Distributor, Food and Beverages industry.
Knowledgeable in delivery, distribution, logistic and importation.
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and a Licensed CPA.
