Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Generate comprehensive financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Audit Compliance:
Lead the coordination with internal and external audit teams, ensuring seamless audit processes.
Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls.
Tax Management:
Oversee tax compliance, including the timely preparation and filing of tax returns.
Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations and implement best practices.
Advanced Bookkeeping:
Conduct advanced-level bookkeeping activities, reconciling accounts and resolving complex discrepancies.
Ensure meticulous accuracy in recording and documenting financial transactions.
Budget Oversight:
Play a key role in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide strategic insights to management on financial performance and improvement areas.
Qualifications:
Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
Experience:
