In order to increase our awareness and touch more sports users, Decathlon Philippines is developing its activities and exploring a new channel of business : wholesale.To accompany this promising development, we are looking for a Country Wholesale Leader, able to write, execute and pilot our strategies of wholesale, including B2B, B2B2C and our external digital marketplace partners.Job objectivesDefine the wholesale commercial strategic direction & objectives of the wholesale projectLead all activity on the project, stakeholders & partnersIncrease Decathlon's notoriety & market shareSourcing & develop the Partner`s portfolioResponsibilitiesCreate the strategic framework for the project, commercial operations and economic performance evaluationDefine main partners on the market to explore potential future opportunities and sustainable collaboration with themLead the wholesale project team (2 people to start) & wider stakeholder group on the wholesale project (services, retail, logistics, supply, Wholesale SEA team) through regular meetings and milestone debriefsLead the understanding and development of new key processes for the business, and share with the relevant teamsReport to the project's governance committee, providing insights and recommendations into business opportunities, performances, and to align our wholesale activity to the global strategyRepresent Decathlon to the partners, including regular meetings with each partner, as their referent for DecathlonDiversify risk to the wholesale project by multiplying partnerships with several companiesNegotiate favorable terms with partners and sign contracts for new partners and additional business models with existing partnersLead the development of wholesale catalogs/offer and curation of product ranges per partner, considering all key factors (availability, margin, relevance, customer etc).
