COUNTRY OPERATION MANAGERSANAD INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT

Description: * Responsible for the strategic management and day-to-day operations of the company in the Philippines.
Provides leadership, direction and guidance to operate successfully including the development and implementation of a strategic plan to support the Company's strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth.
Performs a crucial role in ensuring effective delivery of the company's recruitment target.
Develops and implements marketing and recruitment strategies.
Coordinates with the company's recruitment partners and ensures that they deliver the company's expectations.
Resolves any problems or difficulties encounter by the company.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements: * Education: Any Bachelor's Degree
Experience working in Land-based Philippine Agency preferably in domestic workers category
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Possess high level of responsibility and self-motivation
Requires strong understanding of how a business operates
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Ability to work under pressure - delivering to tight deadlines and balancing conflicting priorities
Trustworthy
Salary: ₱25000 - ₱30000
