You lead a team of digital natives with various skills and backgrounds
You are responsible for the efficiency and work quality of your team
Your time will be split into 20% team management 80% hands-on strategic, marketing, sales and research activities
You define the strategy of the team in Manila in close cooperation with the CEO in Germany
You will create efficient processes for your team
Together with your team, you will sign responsible for the entire marketing mix, with a focus on digital marketing measures and the development of data-driven marketing.
You handle key customer accounts and ensure continuous account growth
Qualifications
Education: completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD)
Personality: team-player, goal- and customer-oriented, structured, enthusiastic
Experience and Knowledge: minimum of 6 years working experience including a minimum of 2 years leadership experience excellent understanding of sales & marketing methods, tools & processes ideally experience in managing and building up digital services
Enthusiasm: enjoy challenges and problem solving methods
Languages: English fluent German is a plus
