This is a newly created role that will support NetCom Learning in accelerating & supporting our business performance. The role will report to the our founder & CEO - Russell Sarder and have strong collaboration links to our global sales, marketing & operations team.
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase & demonstrate your entrepreneurship & leadership skills in setting up operations from ground zero.
You will be a regional expert with a strong background in operations, an expert on local laws, compliances and setting up a business unit.
You will be required to setup the Philippines offshore unit from scratch and wear multiple hats in the incubation phase. Recruitment will be a key KRA in the initial phases including coaching mentoring & enabling the first set of leadership staff that we onboard.

Key Accountabilities
Create & present an annual start-up plan for establishing & running the entity.
Establish the legal entity of NetCom learning in the country
Build the start-up team which will start supporting our Inside Sales, Operations & Marketing business units.
Be a strategic partner to the other geographical units & be able to work in unison to drive business performance and leverage on diverse skills & competencies.
Leadership of the annual regional support strategy and implementation for year 2 & beyond.
Use data and insights to define our key competencies / support areas for the region.
Recommend strategies and activities to deliver against the above identified & agreed competencies.
Working in partnership with the leadership team to adopt & improve on the existing CRM & other processes that you need to achieve your goals.
Building an effective and efficient trans-creation process.
Take full ownership of adherence of local laws, compliances and other statuary obligations for the company whilst ensuring we stay true to our Masterbrand identity.
Excellent execution on the process & marketing campaigns assigned to the region, continually interrogating the data to improve performance.
Implement a regional score card to monitor regional brand health, staff performance and suggested ROI improvements. Use data to drive improvements through continuous hustle and building a start-up culture.
Share best practice with other regions and leadership teams to fuel one united NetCom entity.
Key contributor to annual & quarterly strategy planning conference
Bring insight driven recommendations to the table to help design a global support strategy which will translate to the regions to drive business results.
Building a winning offshore team
Coaching and developing your team of direct reports.
Actively contributor to the wider team development: running lunch and learn session and being part of the innovation process improvement & development.
Lead by example, demonstrating great behaviors every day: always curious, always collaborative, positively influencing, can do attitude and a sense of fun.
Candidates profile
Extensive experience in consumer and edtech operations, sales & marketing.
Demonstrable professional experience in running large captive unit preferably supporting US operations from ground zero.
Significant regional/local marketing experience for large, global organizations.
Track record of developing and optimizing large-scale full funnel campaigns, with a deep understanding on the regional landscape.
Strong understanding of local culture & connect to hire the best and creating the winning strategy for them to choose NetCom Learning.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to generate insights that inform investment decisions and operations strategy
Experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvements and operations management
Experience in collaborating across large cross-functional teams in various geography.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, plus ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups at any level
Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class member experiences
Local language fluency needed in a minimum of 1 x regional language: multiple regional languages would be advantageous.
Evident fluency in English Language, being confident in speaking, reading and writing communication.
