TRAIN COUNTER SUPERVISORS Coach & evaluate Counter Supervisors based on given set of business standards & goals . CONTROL OPEN COUNTERS Determine number of counters to be opened & the number of POS machines to be opened per shift . PROVIDE INTERBRANCH SUPPORT Coordinate with other branches to fulfill specific logistical requirements (counter equipment & on-loan staff) . MANAGE CUSTOMER QUEUEING ACTIVELY Direct customer traffic to other available counters to manage queuingQualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course . Preferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. . With at least 3 years of experience in bank operations or counter-cashier functions . Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Tuguegarao . Full-time positions available
