Mix or blend ingredients, according to recipes, using a paddle or an agitatoR
Determine mixing sequences, based on knowledge of temperature effects and of the solubility of specific ingredients.
Turn valve controls to start equipment and to adjust operation to maintain product quality.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
