Prepares Semi-monthly payroll and ensures correct computation of salary and overtime including other payroll items and its deductions. Including process of 13th month pay.
Collecting up data from different section in preparation of cost reports
Conduct costing analysis, evaluation & cost audit
Arrange/gathers data of information needed in preparation of making new price quotation.
Handle Inventory Count Management procedure up to the actual count implementation.
Updates standard costing data & verify the correctness of Selling price application
Manage Inventory data inputs by checking up the balances, conversion of UOM & variances.
Verify the accurateness of data gathered (BOM, Cycle Time) in preparation of quotation
Prepares Journal entries related to Costing and Inventory (RM, PM, FS, COG and FG).
Assist Accounting Head in any other task that may be assigned from time to time
