CORCONDEV is looking for a detail-oriented COST & QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER who will be responsible for validating material requisitions, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring accurate cost control across all project sites. This role will play a key part in safeguarding financial efficiency and supporting strategic procurement decisions.
 
Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate materials requisitions to ensure alignment with approved project budget
Perform material quantity take-offs and validate BOQ against site requirements.
Monitor and track project costs, budget utilization, and cost variances
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Warehouse teams for cost efficient material sourcing
Prepare cost comparisons, price analyses, and budget forecasts.
Participate in bid evaluation and assist in supplier negotiations (technical and cost perspective)
Maintain cost records, budget reports, and documentation for management review
Provide timely cost status updates and recommendations to management and project heads
Ensure compliance with company standards and cost control procedures
Requirements and Skills:
Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent engineering background
2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, or Project Estimation
Strong knowledge in BOQ, unit costing, material take-off, and budget monitoring
Proficient in MS Office and Google sheets and cost monitoring tools
Experience in a construction company is highly preferred
Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
