What does a Cost Inventory Accountant do?
The Cost Inventory Accountant will help us to ensure the inventory costing is accurate and up to date in the ISIAS system. They will assist in various reports request as defined on an ongoing basis; by possessing several years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity; targeting to the world class manufacturing.
Why we need you?
Your bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, and several years of relevant experience will help in the audit of daily production reports, comparing PPIC record versus the uploaded file in finance system as well as costing of production reports using FIFO Method.
Your advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency in other Microsoft Word and PowerPoint will be helpful in inventory variance reconciliation in coordination with PPIC, monthly preparation of inventory report, and summary of purchases preparation and rejects preparations.
Your experience in SAP will be helpful in encoding of new SKUs in the system as well as auditing of Sales Invoice. Comparing codes and quantity recorded in the stock card versus the sales report.
You will also be a great help in terms of semi-annual physical inventory count and preparation of Blackline reconciliation for inventory accounts.
