Job Description
Prepare cost estimates and develop project budgets.
Track actual vs. budgeted costs; analyze variances and risks.
Generate cost reports and support cash flow forecasting.
Review change orders, claims, and ensure expenditure compliance.
Coordinate with teams on cost strategies and negotiate cost efficiencies.
Implement cost control processes and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil); Engineering(Mechanical); Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Finance, or related field; certifications like CMA, CIMA, CCP, or PMP are a plus.
5+ years of experience in cost engineering, cost control, or project financial management.
Preferably experienced in construction, oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
Proficient in cost management software (e.g., SAP, Primavera P6, CCS Candy).
Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and advanced Excel data analysis.
