Duties & Responsibilities:
 
Prepare cost budget estimate
Check/evaluate cost quotations from the contractors
Visit site for actual evaluation or checking of quotation for cost and quality control
Prepare detailed estimate/material quantity (house budget)
Prepare cost budget for the permits
Creates supplemental budget for the additional cost (quotation for the buyer/owner)
Prepare cost to deduct after house turn-over
Prepare labor cost quotation for the contractors
Check and evaluate materials quotations from different vendors
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
At least 1 year of related working experience
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
Basic knowledge in project cost estimate
Computer literate; Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
