QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least the Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
Can work under pressure and with deadlines
Innovative and has initiative
Good communication skills
Must be willing to work in the head office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Estimate architectural and structural works of a project
Generate project budget from the estimated quantities
Cost evaluation and monitoring
Permits requirement monitoring and collation
Closing of contracts, work orders, and purchase orders
