Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; License or equivalent and other related engineering field
Minimum of five years' experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Estimating, planning, scheduling, estimating and other areas of project controls.
Minimum of five years' experience in the construction industry, mid-to high rise building estimation.
Knowledgeable of structural, architectural and Mepf-s estimation
High competency of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs.
Functional knowledge of accounting and financial accounting.
Knowledge and experience in ISO‐9001 requirements.
Proficient with computer programs and a working knowledge of new technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
