Job description
Study and understand all relevant project documents relating to the cost management of allocated projects.
Setting up projects within the agreed cost system format.
Producing regular reports and advising management promptly of any forecast cost over/under run, with recommendation for corrective plan.
Maintaining comprehensive change orders and variations.
Establish cost breakdown structure.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with license
Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Can understand, check, evaluate and review engineering drawings and design
Strong written communication skills including the contract / agreement preparation
Knowledgeable in contract administration
Leadership skills
Analytical and organizational skills
Problem solving skills
With 2-3 years working experience is required for this position
