Job Descriptions:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Preferably with at 2-4 Yrs experience specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Must be able to arrive at an accurate cost estimates and schedules to budget, plan and monitor investment projects.
Must be comfortable discussing and bargaining cost information with project contractors.
Responsible for entire project cycle to include design, development and project completion.
Must know how to prepare technical construction guidelines.
Review and critique proposed changes in line with engineering standards, policies and details.
Coordinate the activities of the project to Superior and construction team.
Responsible for filing of construction documents per project.
Sees to it that all projects / development plans are in compliance with engineering standards and practices.
