COST ENGINEER
Job Summary
In charge in preparation of detailed cost estimates for all projects, updating the current materials and labor cost data base for estimating and facilitates for the procurement of owner-supplied materials and services needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates for projects and special projects of affiliated companies.
Develops costing of specified scope of works.
Monitoring and tracking of current cost of materials and specialty services
Invites suppliers and contractors for bidding of materials and services requirements
Tabulates and evaluates bids and proposals.
Provides support in construction and design team.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree of Civil Engineer , Business Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
At least 5 years experience specializing in cost estimating preferably in real estate companies.
Excellent coordination and interface supervisory skills
Team player with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
With good working attitude, a team player and quick learner
Results-driven and well-organized
