Analyze drawings and specifications.
Assembles accurate and well organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner.
Provide clear and detailed quantity take offs for Electrical works
Request for quotation to suppliers for costing.
When necessary, refer to previous projects of similar nature for cost comparison.
Coordinates with client on all changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work during the bidding process.
Review and evaluate cost estimates
QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Mechanical Engineer
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Required Skills: Quantity Surveying, Cost, Estimate, Design
Able to work at the Head Office in Congressional Avenue, Quezon City
Working Conditions:
GCQ Operations: Mondays-Fridays, 7:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
Normal Operations: Mondays-Thursdays: 8:00am-6:00pm, Fridays-8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday-8:00-12:00pm
