A. JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Cost Division-In-Charge or if required to TCG Head, responsible for cost take-off of all vertical and horizontal projects including project units repair works and generation of projects' cost to complete.
Monitoring of costs market fluctuations and preparation of Weekly and Monthly Division Accomplishment Reports
B. PRINCIPAL DUTIES
1. Prepares project costing (materials, labor and equipment) of all projects both vertical and horizontal developments including coordination with other departments.
2. Cost monitoring and updating of unit rates based on market fluctuations.
3. Conduct jobsite inspection of various projects being implemented ,which consists but not limited to the following: Residential, Land Development and Amenities.
4. Coordinate with the Project Engineer for data needed for the project especially on revisions and as-built plans that will impact project costs.
5. Reconcile quantities and cost differences in terms of contractor's claims in coordination with Project Engineer and Procurement.
6. Performs value engineering measures to check for possible alternative resources to make the cost more competitive.
7. Prepares accomplishment reports for review by Cost Division-in-Charge.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
C. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education :
Licensed and Graduate of Civil Engineering
Experience :
With at least 3-5 years working experience in quantity surveying preferably in real estate industry.
Other Requirements:
With good communication skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD application
