QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least the Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering
1-2 years work experience specializing in Engineering - Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
Can work under pressure and with deadlines
Innovative and has initiative
Good communication skills
Must be willing to work at the head office located at Bangkal, Makati City
Fresh graduates and unlicensed Civil Engineer are welcome to apply!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Estimate architectural and structural works of a project
Generate project budget from the estimated quantities
Cost evaluation and monitoring
Permits requirement monitoring and collation
Closing of contracts, work orders, and purchase orders
