Prepare budget 1 for new projects including special projects based on Design's conceptual/schematic plan for management approval (EDD Prelims, Building Construction & EDD Fit-Outs)
Accept and review budget proposals in terms of scope, specifications, scope of project and cost submitted by other groups
Liaise with Suppliers/Contractors for specific materials/items based on the estimated listed items on the budget
Ensure 'budget 2' created by CM's is within approved 'budget 1'; If not, ensures cost variations are justifiable and propose options for value engineering (with the other groups)
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Preferably Licensed Engineer
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in estimating, costing, bidding and quantity surveying related to Electrical and Auxiliary works
Knowledge in billing evaluation, processing, change order variation and contract administration
Must be willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay
