The Cost Controller analyzes costs and controls factors to ensure the implementation of cost-effective measures throughout the hotel. This role prepares various reports and conducts weekly meetings to keep departments and directors apprised of trends and cost factors. The role plans and directs actions to be performed to correct activities harmful to the profitability of our food & beverage department and other revenue generating departments.
Maintains price list of food and beverage items an take note of the trends in unit price
Check extension and footing of invoices.
Encodes daily all food and beverage purchased based on receiving report.
Conducts physical inventory.
