Job Description
Define minimum and maximum stock levels, par stock management systems and ensure the compliance with the relevant departments
Perform daily and monthly food and beverage reconciliations, using POS-generated sales analysis reports and ensuring that all discrepancies are explained.
Reconciles any discrepancies of inventories in actual and book accounts.
Report the daily and monthly F&B costs with emphasis and detailed analysis on exceptional variances such as trend of cost of sales ratios, slow moving items, breakage & loss, etc.
Adheres to the month-end cut-off deadlines on inventories as well as timely submission of F&B costs.
Work Experience
Bachelor Degree in any business course.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Micros, Material Control Inventory
