Cost Controller assistant - urgentLupa Realty Holdings Corporation

Record all project expenditures to ensure that project expenses are within the approved budget
Assist in contracts administration
Handle and process all construction-related payables including but not limited to contractor's progress billings, approved payment advice and purchase orders
Responsible for the accurate, complete and timely recording, gathering, reconciliation and monitoring of the quantity and actual cost of owner supplied materials (direct, indirect and overhead costs) with reference to Purchase Orders, receiving Reports, Withdrawal Slips and other pertinent documents
Monitor and provide regular reports on construction cost performance and cost forecast (Cost-to-Complete and Cost at Completion) and with reference to Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and actual cost of direct materials
Responsible for the checking and review of the Daily Time Record (DTR) summary and manpower count (labor hours) of all direct hired/in-house site workers prior to processing the weekly payroll
Monitor and provide report on variances between approved budget or BOQ and actual cost of labor, materials and contracted works. Investigate variances and provide feedback and recommend corrective actions to address issues on cost performance and cost variances
Maintain systematic filing of project-related records and documents particularly contracts and change orders
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business is a requirement
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Significant experience of Cost Control construction environments
Knowledgeable in construction and project execution methods is essential
Knowledge of auditing, budgeting, estimating and forecasting
Strong computer proficiency skills in MS Office especially in MS Excel, project management software, and other
