Job description
1. Establish standard food, room, and marketing program costs and maintain the same within the standard.
2. Analyze all food and beverage costs monthly and make recommendations or alternatives for cost savings.
3. Maintain the costs updated monthly.
4. Establish and maintain the kitchen inventory database and ensure costs are updated
5. Coordinate, attend, and monitor all food and beverage physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
6. Establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system for food and beverage supplies to the various departments.
7. Assist management in menu costing to establish menu item selling prices.
8. Carry out spot-checks.
9. Review all store requisitions
10. Ensure all order slips are accounted for and reconciled with the cashier.
11. Prepare a summary of OS with details as to sales/complimentary /meetings.
12. Monitor for any stock transfer between hotels.
13. Review marketing program costs
14. Ad hoc reports/tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: 1-3 years related work experience
Educational Background: Graduate of B.S Accountancy or B.S Management Major in Financial Management
Core Competencies: Experience in hotels would be desirable.
