Job Descriptions:
Validation of weekly materials, manpower, equipment and tool request of all project against budget.
Updates project's actual cost and cost to complete.
Monitors project's accomplishment.
Tools, equipment and formworks charging.
Monitor and updating Project's budget.
Outsourcing of Sub-contractor / Supplier for the proper scope of works
Prepare cost comparison, negotiate contract details with the lowest responsive sub-contractor / suppliers.
Perform valuation and prepare payment recommendation of Sub-contractor / Suppliers
Perform reconciliation with the Subcontractor on Progress Billing.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
