Air Liquide Philippines, a fully owned subsidiary of Air Liquide Group, started its operations in 1994 and currently employs 230+ people. We operate air separation units (ASU), hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

As a Cost Control Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring the robustness of national (Luzon & Cebu) logistics cost structure. You will need to provide the accurate cost accrual, identify cost issues and make recommendations on how to better utilize finances to cut expenses and make processes more efficient. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Calculate budget based on agreed parameters for Logistics.
Provide the accurate cost accrual for all logistics related cost, and drive logistics cost efficiency programs.
Monitor & provide analysis for monthly logistics cost.
Prepare various monthly reports related to cost for Logistics.
Serve as the pivotal role between Sales and Production in matching demand and production schedule.
Lead weekly meetings and readiness meetings to support critical periods
Identify potential supply performance problems.
Perform on time checking & validation prior good receipt and billing.
Evaluate current processes and determine methods for improvement for continuous improvement.
Document critical processes and digitalization of critical Supply Chain reports.
Provide a cost control template for monthly monitoring.
Make sure the cost center and other related references being used by logistics are updated with the finance department.
Responsible for raising PR and GR for the recurring services.
Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Supply Chain/Transport/Logistics or equivalent.
Preferably 1 - 3 years experience analytical role in finance or supply chain.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Organized and attention to detail.
