Job description
• Manage the Premises accounting processes and ensure these align to enterprise and industry standards
• Build and maintain robust working relationships with key local and global stakeholders business managers, function heads, Procurement, and Accounts Payable
• Understand the project/program and its requirements
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
• Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions )
• Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers )
• Provide consultation on planning (schedules, manpower needs )
• Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and forecast on contracts
• Performs hygiene on open commitments regularly and for project closing process
• Develop strategies that strengthen the supply base to maximize total cost reduction & technical optimization whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
