At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing company (furniture industry is a plus)
Has strong and quick decision making
Has time management skills
Must be a team player
Must be honest
Must know how to follow standards
Hardworking and reliable
Must be detail-oriented
Willing to work overtime
Willing to be trained
