QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business management, or relevant field.
Ø With 1-2 years working experience as a cost estimator.
Ø Preferably with advanced knowledge of Engineering processes.
Ø High-level mathematical skills.
Ø Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ø Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Advanced analytical skills.
Ø Proficient with Microsoft Offices and Excel
Ø Good project management skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø Meeting with clients to discuss the scope and scale of the project.
Ø Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and consultant
Ø Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates.
Ø Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project.
Ø ]Preparing and presenting cost reports for clients.
Ø Reviewing expenditure statements during all phases of the project.
