Our brand, , a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global manufacturing company in their search for a Cost Analyst based in Pasig CitySalary Range: Up to ₱40,000Work Setup: OnsiteShift Schedule: Day ShiftLocation: Pasig CityThe roleWe are looking for a Cost Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring accurate costing, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting for all plants. The role supports cost control, budgeting, and audit processes to help the company maintain operational efficiency and profitability.Your Responsibilities:Record and monitor all costing transactions for all manufacturing plants.Reconcile and adjust CO, RO, PO, DO, and MO transactions.Allocate cost variances and goods in transit.Input stock counts in M3 for marketing, R&D, production, and trial runs.Create and update inventory and expense codes in M3.Review and activate new or revised Bills of Materials (BOM).Prepare costing journal entries for month-end closing.Reconcile sample, claimed, and donation inventories every month.Prepare inventory provisions for waste and slow-moving stocks.Reconcile inventory records (stock cards) with the general ledger.Compute overhead costs for inclusion in stock for all plants.Prepare and analyze monthly cost sheets, gross margins, and COF reports.Validate production and R&D savings and update in the project tracker.Prepare monthly inventory aging reports.Coordinate annual physical inventory counts with external auditors.Process inventory write-offs and prepare destruction letters.Review active/inactive item master records yearly.Maintain accurate accounting rules for inventory accounts in M3.Support budget preparation and provide data for audits.Coordinate with plant teams and assist with other supply chain or admin tasks as needed.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance.Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management.Experience using ERP systems and MS Excel.Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.Good communication and coordination skills.Ready to take the next step in your career?
