Job Description - Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate and efficient reconciliation of daily and monthly transaction data
Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc
Review supplier invoices and statements including contacting suppliers for invoice discrepancies and resolving transaction issues
Manage changes in processes, fees, or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
Responsible for working closely with Director of Operations on ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements and skills
1+ years of relevant experience
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience as a cost analyst, accounting specialist, bookkeeper or similar role
Experience in data and operational analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis
Ability to learn new software systems and processes efficiently
Knowledge of basic transactional accounting
Ability to type accurately using both alpha and numeric keys at an efficient speed
Fluency in spoken and written English
Additional Information
Full time contract to full time hire
Must work onsite in Dau, Mabalacat office
Daytime hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, weekends off
Exposure to foreign company operations and superiors
PH holidays observed
