JOB SUMMARY
Provides product costing for existing and new products of the company. Job also includes preparation and analysis of variances that is necessary in the evaluation of overall manufacturing performance.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Responsible for the following product cost functions:
a. Costing of new and existing products.
b. Updating and maintenance of product standard cost.
c. Ensure proper maintenance of material master data.
d. Releasing of BOM and Routing status
2. BOM and routing review and coordination of necessary updating and correction.
3. Product Costing requirement with analysis
4. Preparation of Product Cost Variance Analysis.
5. Ensures proper charging in COS and Sales account.
6. Works jointly with operating units for on time SAP month-end closing.
7. Executes month-end closing activities.
8. Preparation of other month-end requirements, like variance analysis of COS accounts, for month-closing review.
9. Review of manufacturing budget and computation of activity rates
10. Provides tolling fee of products.
11. Provides support in the cost savings initiative of the plant.
12. Provides other requirements needed.
