Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Prepares the annual budget and cash flow forecast of the Project and coordinates it with Head Office Finance/Accounting.
2. Reviews and updates the monthly cashflow forecast and financial reports for Head Office Cost Accounting
3. Reviews the monthly Interim Payment Assessment of the Project with Operations and Cost Control Teams.
4. Prepares the weekly commercial team's cost accounting report for the Project
5. Reviews the daily site diaries and weekly payroll claims of the Project
6. Reviews and recommends approval of Authorization of Payment Applications for payment daily of the Project.
7. Reviews and recommends approval of requests for payment/release orders of the Project daily.
.8. Reviews and recommends approval of budget transfer requests, PR and RSC materials, cash advance requests, scrap sales, etc. of the Project daily.
9. Prepares Adhoc financial reports for the internal and external purposes of the Project
10. Reviews and recommends the Contractor's withdrawals from the Project Bank Account regarding payment in relation to the validation of documents.
Requirements:
1. Min. 5 years work experience in Accounting or Management Accounting
2. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent course
3. Strong analytical and planning skills
4. Good communication and presentation skills
5. Diligent, responsible personality
