Job Description
Responsible in monitoring all aspects of the collection of outstanding debts owed to the company.
Maintain records on account activity as well as review accounts for unpaid amounts.
Process all payments and control expenses by receiving documents for payments.
Verifying and reconciling invoices
Preparation of sales report, accounts receivable and accounts payable aging report
Job Qualification
Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
Preferably Accounting or Finance
With atleast one (1) year experience in Accounting or related field.
Posses strong Mathematical and Analytical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
