Responsibilities
Prepares daily and monthly progress invoices for work performed each month.
Analyzes a projects finances to help in strategic decision making.
Compares budgets to track monthly costs and activities to provide insight into areas that might need cost reduction or process improvement.
Facilitates accounts payable duties..
Assists Construction Accountants and project teams
Ensures accurate cost records and keeps the records up to date.
Tests and identifies opportunities for process improvements and assists Construction Accountant team in implementation of various improvements.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Accounting Graduate (Preferred)
1 year of experience
Detail oriented.
Exposure in Construction Industry
Problem-solving skills. Mathematical skills. Oral and written communication skills.
