The incumbent is expected to deliver the following:
Administers and organizes periodic accounting processes in the Cluster;
Responsible in closing function in the Cluster level;
Reviews the accounting entries booked in the system and checking cost reasonable that may have a major impact in P/L;
Work closely with Zone/Cluster Finance Head in ensuring accounting procedures are in placed;
Leads the team during financial audits, JSOX audits and any other audits involving the Finance;
Involves in improving, evaluating, and implementing internal control in accordance JSOX standards;
Monitor Balance Sheet and P/L accounts;
Prepare and consolidate all data needed by the Zone/Cluster Finance Head during Annual Budget;
Prepare and monitor performance against budget, align general ledger to support budgeting and forecasting;
Ensure journal entries and balances are correct;
Other responsibilities and reports as may be requested from time to time.

IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: Cluster / Zone Finance Head
REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of Accountancy or closely related field; CPA is an advantage
Solid knowledge of Accounting principles
Must have working experience in ERP system, SAP is preferred
Flexible to meet changing priorities and ability to prioritize workloads
Attention to detail and accuracy
Must have strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
