About the Job:
Prepare various report analysis on a regular basis such as operating variances, reserves, raw materials consumption, total scrap rates report, realized savings from materials, yield, manufacturing costs & service departments
Coordinate with SAP Master Data to ensure accuracy of the standard costs of products manufactured in the Philippines
Prepare daily cycle time & inventory monitoring report and send to the Operations Management team on a timely manner
Prepare weekly scrap rates reporting and send to the Operations Management team on a timely manner
Monitor/Review/Analyze all inventory related transactions, recommends adjustments whenever necessary
Consolidate operations monthly metrics by product assigned and submits to the SBU head
Prepare various operating expenses reports such as: service expenses, supplies, labor & overhead costs
Update and report on the manufacturing cost per hour chart information on a regular basis such as: production volume, labor hours, efficiency rates, overhead etc.
Report and provide analysis on absorption variances, both in volume & spending variances by product line
Coordinate with the operations & prepare forecasts on the manufacturing costs and submit to the Finance Controller
Assist the Finance Controller in all planning activities and consolidation of the annual budget
Conduct close coordination with the operations management by assigned product lines
Interact with external auditors in completing financial audits as deemed necessary
About You:
BS Accountancy graduate
Must have adequate background in all the accounting aspects (financials and management functions).
Must have at least 3 years relevant working experience in the cost accounting field
CMA certification not required but definitely an advantage
