QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree with Accounting/ Finance or any related courses.
At least 3-5 years minimum experience in Finance- General/ Cost Accounting.
Experience in Retail/ Food and Beverage industry is an advantage.
Preferably has basic knowledge in SAP system.
With good analytical skills, mathematical, administrative and communication skills.
Computer skills especially word processing and spreadsheet.
Can work ASAP.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recommend product mix and pricing, cost saving measures related to inventory.
Analyze changes in raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost.
Prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Cost planning and analysis of assigned business units.
Prepare estimates and indicative cost of new and proposed product based on trial run.
Collect data to determine costs of a product such as raw material purchases, inventory, labor and overhead costs.
Assists in financial reporting like price adjustment in the system.
Coordinates with IT Team about POS to SAP (vice versa) related data.
Develop corporate policies and procedures according to regulatory requirements.
Evaluate all system practices and recommend improvements if needed.
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Other special projects related to job as assigned.
